On the fateful day of 05.08.2011, around 7.30 P.M., while parents were working in shop and Dipti Rani was busy to get their domestic animals because of rain, Moshirul Islam entered into her bed room, located on the eastern side adjacent to the walking road in Dhonotola Boalimondol, stealthily. When on earth she entered the next bedroom Moshirul got hold of and raped her brutally. All she could do was to scream; hearing it people entered the room hurriedly and Moshirul fled. The room had two doors, Moshirul used one to run away. People chased him but failed. However, the Hindu family, owing to intense pressures of Moshirul and his family, did not dare to lodge a complaint against these to the local police station.

Well, they did it later thanks to a few influential persons in the area. Mohin Chandra Singh, father of Dipa Rani, lodged First Information Report (FIR) at Baliadangi Police Station on 07.08.2011 being Case No. 06 dated 07.08.2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 120 of 2011 under Section 9(1) of the Nari-O-Shisu Nirzatan Daman Ain, 2000 (as amended 2003) against, Moshirul Islam, the perpetrator.

But this was the beginning of a more horrendous episode. Even if it was a rape case, confirmed by the victim, local witnesses and also police, report of Civil Surgeon, Thakurgaon Modern Hospital was just the opposite. It has come to the knowledge, as per Dr.Mirza Asgar Ali, Civil Surgeon, victim had no mark of ravishment in her body and she was of between 12-13 years. Without doubt, the doctor was trying to make best efforts to save a Muslim perpetrator but his best wishes failed owing to great efforts Adv.Rabindra Ghosh, Adv. Nipa Rani Roy, Kamal Karmakar, and Sawpan Roy of Bangladesh Minority Watch (BDMW)

Owing to their pressure, Chief Judicial Magistrate passed an apposite order for re-examination of the victim. She was examined by Civil Surgeon-Dinajpur who found the victim had been raped. But Advocate Mohammad Liton Ahmed obtained anticipatory bail of Moshirul Islam from High Court Division of Bangladesh containing Justice A.K.M. Asaduzzaman and Mr. Justice Md. Ashraful Kamal. The order was passed on 25^th August, 2011.

The situation is sticky at the moment.

Bangladesh Minority Watch (BDMW) investigated a case of abduction of Ms. Suchitra Rani Chakraborty (Tumpa) aged about 15 years, a Hindu School Student of Class X of Hilly Hakimpur Pilot Secondary School at Dinajpur District of Bangladesh on receipt of an appeal made by the father of the victim girl. In-spite of repeated requests police neglected to recover the victim girl from the unlawful possession of  Muslim perpetrators nor any perpetrators has been arrested.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION :

As per allegations lodged by Mr.Niren Chakraborty it is clear that the victim girl had gone  to attend her Pilot  school on 13.07.2011 at about 7. a.m. but she did not return at her home as she was abducted by above noted perpetrators on way to cemented road  with the leadership of  Mohammad Hadiuzzamn. Mr. Niren Chakraborty went to the house of perpetrator No.3 Mohammad Habibur Rahman who confessed his guilt and assured father of the victim to return back his daughter, but he along with other co-perpetrators refused to return back his minor daughter.

As the victim was not handed over to Mr.Niren Chakraborty as per commitment of the other perpetrators he lodged first information report (FIR)  before Officer in Charge of Hakimpur police station at Dinajpur district on 17.07.2011 under section 7/30 of Nari-O-Shishu Nirjatan Ain,2003 against above six perpetrators to recover the victim, but the officer charge of Hakimpur did not recover the school girl from the custody of the kidnappers nor arrested any perpetrators till 5th of August,2011.

I communicated with the Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur and the Officer in charge of Hakimpur police  station on 7th of August,2011 and they all informed me that the perpetrators would be arrested very soon and police did not as yet identify where the victim residing. In the meantime perpetrators are trying to manufacture anti dated documents to show that the victim has got consent to be converted as Muslim. This mal-practice  should be stopped by law enforcing agencies to protect the chastity of the Hindu girl.

Just now I came to know that one of the perpetrators has been arrested by police after the intervention by Bangladesh Minority Watch from Dhaka.

Shiv agreed to narrate the detailed story to Maa Parvati. He started for a lonely place where no living being could listen to the immortal secret and ultimately chose Amarnath Cave. In the hush-hush, he left his Nandi (the Bull which He used to ride) at Pahalgam. At Chandanwari,he released Moon (Chand) from his hair (Jataon). At the banks of Lake Sheshnag, he released the snakes. He decided to leave his Son Ganesha at Mahagunas Parvat. At Panjtarni, Shivji left the Five Elements behind (Earth,Water, Air, Fire and Sky) which give birth to life and of which he is the Lord.  After leaving behind all these, Bhole Shankar entered the Holy Amarnath Cave along with Parvati Maa and took his Samadhi. To ensure that no living being is able to hear the Immortal Tale, he created Kalagni and ordered him to spread fire to eliminate every living thing in and around the Holy Cave. After this he started narrating the secret of immortality to Maa Parvati. But as a matter of chance a pair of pigeons overhead the story and became immortal.

Many pilgrims report seeing the pair of pigeons at the Holy Shrine even today and are amazed as to how these birds survive in such a cold and high altitude area.

Situated in a narrow gorge at the farther end of Lidder Valley, Amarnath Shrine stands at 3,888 m, 46 Km from Pahalgam and 14 Kms from Baltal. Though the original pilgrimages subscribes that the yatra (journey) be undertaken from Srinagar, the more common practice is to begin journey at Chandanwari, and cover the distance to Amarnathji and back in five days. Pahalgam is 96 Kms from Srinagar.

Amarnathji is considered to be one of the major Hindu Dhams. The holy cave is the abode of Lord Shiva. The guardian of the absolute, Lord Shiva, the destroyer, is enshrined in the form of an ice-lingam in this cave. This lingam is formed naturally, which is believed to wax and wane with the moon.

 Discovery of Holy Cave

Although the existence of the Holy Cave has been mentioned in the Puranas, the popular story narrated by people about the re-discovery of this Holy Cave is of a shepherd Buta Malik. Story goes like this:   a saint gave Buta Malik a bag full of Coal. On reaching his home when he opened the bag, to his utter surprise the bag was full of gold coins. This overwhelmed him with joy. He ran to thank the Saint. But the Saint had disappeared. Instead, he found The Holy Cave and the Ice Shiv Lingam there in. He announced this discovery to the Villagers. Then onwards this became a sacred place of Pilgrimage.

The ancient epics narrate another story. The valley of Kashmir was under water. It was all a big lake. Kashyap Rishi drained the water through a  number of rivers and rivulets. In those days Bhrigu Rishi came that way on a visit to The Himalayas. He was the first to have Darshan of this Holy Cave. When people heard of the Lingam, Amarnath for them became Shiva’s abode and a Centre of pilgrimage.

Since then Lacs of devotees perform the pilgrimage through tough terrain and achieve eternal happiness. The Trek to Amarnath, in the month of sharavan (July-August) has the devout flock to this incredible shrine, where the image of Shiva, in the form of a Lingam, is formed naturally of an Ice Stalagmite, which is believed to wax and wane with the Moon’s cycle. By its side are fascinating, two more Ice Lingams, that of Maa Parvati and of their son, Ganesha.

Mumbai: The trail of the triple attacks on some of Mumbai’s richest trading hubs may lead to a narrow Kolkata bylane in one of its poorest areas. Anti-terrorism squad probing the blasts are trying to trace a Kolkata-based Indian Mujahideen (IM) operative, Abdullah alias Nata.

Sources said that in February this year, the intelligence agencies had intercepted some phone calls between some locations in Bengal and Karachi. Another call was intercepted between Sharjah and Andhra
Pradesh. “The agencies, through interceptions, came to know that the IM was reportedly recruiting fresh faces from Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal,’’ said the sources.

On Friday, Maharashtra anti-terrorism squad chief Rakesh Maria spoke to Kolkata Special Task Force chief Rajeev Kumar and sought details about Abdullah, a resident of Mafidul Islam lane in Beniapukur.

A police officer said, “Abdullah is learnt to be very close to Amir Reza Khan, co-founder of the IM. While Reza is absconding since the arrest of IM operatives in 2008, security agencies suspect that he was in touch with Abdullah,” said a police source.

According to Kolkata Police officials, Abdullah was recruited by Amir Reza Khan’s brother Asif in the late Nineties. After Asif’s death, he joined Amir’s Asif Reza Commando Force and played an important role in the 2002 USIS attack in Kolkata. Abdullah’s name first cropped up during investigations into extortion calls made to six Kolkata businessmen in 2010. A probe revealed IM was behind the calls. The NIA believes Abdullah could be operating from Nepal. He last called his home in Kolkata around eight months ago when his father died. But police failed to trace the origin of the call as it was on VOIP and masked by fake IDs.

The Mumbai ATS has asked for the reservation chart of all trains that left Kolkata for Mumbai up to eight days before the blast. Police suspect IM’s Azamgarh module could also be involved. A team of the Uttar Pradesh special task force arrived in Mumbai and interacted with ATS officials.

The ATS is also probing whether the underworld regrouped in the city and triggered the blasts or if HuJI, which recruited four youths in February, was involved. Two of the youths were from Bengal.

Mumbai: Police traced the vehicle on which explosives were kept at Zaveri Bazar to a jeweller who was not involved in the conspiracy.

Initial reports from the forensic experts suggest TNT or RDX may have been used in the blasts, particularly in Opera House, where the explosion left a 3 ftx 3ft crater. Police sources said around 100 people, including former SIMI members and friends of IM’s arrested or wanted suspects, were summoned at various police stations, crime branch units and ATS offices in the city.

Their statements and information on their last one week’s activities were being typed into the police record. “As many as 120 phone numbers have been brought under surveillance after the blasts,” said a source.

Police are trying to get information through the ‘neutralised’ ex-cadres of various banned organizations but it did not achieve any success till Friday evening.

A threat email sent after the blasts has been traced to Saudi Arabia. But police sources said that it was a hoax mail and had been sent using a proxy server. The mail was supposedly sent by the joint action wing of the Hyderabad-based Telangana Agitation Movement. The mail was sent to a private television channel.

All through the day, several police teams scanned the voluminous CCTV footage obtained from the three sites. Union home secretary R K Singh said the footage was copied into CDs and scrutinised by the investigators and they were going through the 11 CDs made from the footage. “Now, we have all the people and the faces appeared. They have to be recognised by local people to see whether they are locals or outsiders,” Singh said.

This is not to mean Hindus are not the sole intended target, or that it is indiscriminate killing.These Terror attacks have Self Declared to be Islamist Jihad Targeting Hindus and Jews, and to pretend this not the case is to keep its Targets and Killers Unrecognised and enables the Targeting and Targeters remain Unrecognised.

Hindus will continue to pay a heavy price if they continue with this nonesense. This makes Hindus believe in Denial of Threat and Denies them Political Assertion of their legitimate Voting Rights to secure a Governance by a Party that promises to protect them from Targeters of their lives and properties, and take action against its Attackers.

Only 43% of Mumabaikars voted last elections- which is failure to punish electorally the soft and Pro-Jihadi Rulers of Maharashtra state and UPA.

You may have no better choice, but endorsing the Worst is suicidal.Hindus must stop this Denial of Existential Threat and start Demanding special Protection to them.

Attackers must be identified for what, why and whom they target.

Victim groups must be Identified and allowed to voice their Demands for Protection.Hindus must quit Denial Lobbys like media that perpetuate Myths and punish electorally and by boycott of those who Refuse to acknowledge the Jihad against Hindus.

These attacks and much more in the future are inevitable as long as Hindus chose to bury heads in sands like Ostriches.

The Islamist Jihadis will not go away, or stop targeting them.They will celebrate like they celebrated Birthday of Ajmal Kasab who gets long lease of life under protective custody when the Birthday of Afsal Guru turns up.

This Denial mentality bestows long lives to murderers of Hindus, and shortens the lives of Hindu public, and empowers the Treacherous and cowardly bargain dealers with communal voters.

Finally- Hindus must acknowledge the fact Pakistan State and Army follow General Malik’s motto- “to serve and strive for Jihad in the way of Allah”.

Pakistan was created as a homeland for Muslims in United India.Muslims have been magnanimously allowed to stay here in India after creating such a Threat Nation as their Homeland.

This is a Courtesy and Not an Obligation.

If Hindu lives and properties are going to once again be threatened- then Hindus have the right to ask them to leave this part of India and go live in the Homeland they have been granted.

They cannot continue to live inside India and make this Jihad continue with their presence and voting rights that enthrone Compromised and Pro-jihadi Rulers of Hindus.

If their presence among us endangers the lives of non-Muslim citizens and makes difficult the protection of their lives and properties, then Muslims must be asked to relocate in the Muslim Homelands created for which they demanded and obtained.

This is their responsibility.

As long as Hindus deny these bitter truths and facts, they will continue to pay with its results. Pakistan will not cease its Jihad, and the Muslims here will remain as a wing of that Jihad.

Brigadier S.K. Malik of the Pakistani army produced an authoritative military manual on jihad called The Quranic Concept of War. It is a required reading of Pakistan’s military officers.

Malik writes: “the Holy Prophet’s operations …are an integral and inseparable part of the divine message revealed to us in the Holy Quran … The war he planned and carried out was total to the infinite degree. It was waged on all fronts: internal and external, political and diplomatic, spiritual and psychological, economic and military… The Quranic military strategy thus enjoins us to prepare ourselves for war to the utmost in order to strike terror into the heart of the enemy, known or hidden… Terror struck into the hearts of the enemy is not only a means; it is the end in itself.”

So, this is a conflict from which there is no escape and Hindus and Jews have no option but recognise this War declared upon their people.

The longer it takes to come out of its Denial, the larger the price Hindus will have to pay, with their dear lives and properties and freedoms.

Electoral support to Pro-Jihadi parties is an act of War that is Jihad

The Muslim minority in India enjoys unequal special rights and privileges.These rights and their right to vote have so far been exercised in Electoral decisions to empower the Parties that Deny this grave danger and go soft on its Jihadis and outfits.

This is a common threat to the nation but their responses have been Pro-Jihad.

To stop this Jihad within Indian soil- these Rights must be redefined as not automatic or though it were an entitlement- but as a gesture of goodwill and trust.

These Rights have been denied to an equal number of Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and Bhuddhists who were unfortunate to remain in the ancestral homelands that was carved out through Jihad of Direct Action Day- as East and West Pakistan’s.

The onus of reassuring their solidarity with the targeted national community and nation, remains with the Muslims who have been let to remain even fatre creating a Muslim Homeland.

If they fail to do so, then Hindus can request their Relocation to the Muslim Homeland to secure their lives and properties from their Jihad activities.

All Jihad attacks must stop henceforth and if they continue, then all Jihad elements must be removed from the National territories and its borders.

Failure or refusal to do so, is an act of treason and endangers the lives of non-Muslims who are the Declared targets of Islamist Jihad.

Hindus and non-Muslims must identify such pro-Jihadi political lobbies and outfits as endangering their lives and properties and must come together to formulate a Political Course Correction.

Jihad against non-Muslims must be recognised and response to it must be with Zero Tolerance to Terrorism of any kind.

Electoral support to Pro- Jihadi Parties must be looked upon as an act of Jihad.

Those who want to do electorally empowered Jihad inside India therefore must not be granted such a democratic Right to murder non-Muslims.

Jihad has no place inside.

Dismantle the Anti- Hindu Political Establishment

Dr Moorthy Muthusway a spokesperson of Indian American Intellectual Forum and a Nuclear scientist states-“Evidence-based reasoning suggests that India is undergoing a civilisational transformation – a process of de-hinduising, powered by Article 30-induced egregious deprivations.This shows that the majority community in India has not yet matured enough to protect its core interests from being unfairly trampled. While the minorities’ politisation of their religious institutions have helped them mobilize their community to vote and to leverage the voting power to advance their interests,[51] the lack of politisation of the majority community’s religious institutions has not helped.

These contrasting roles played by the religious institutions of the minority and majority communities can be traced to centuries of rule by alien powers.

In order to mitigate potential challenges to their hold on power, the alien entities ensured de-politising of the majority community’s religious institutions.

It’s a long article — and rightly so since it touches on a important matter which cannot be discussed meaningfully in sound-bite sized pieces. Here is a bit more from it.

Among the capable segments of India’s population, the middle class, upper middle class, and even the rich members of the majority community have remained apolitical — by largely shying away from voting — due to their disappointment with the political process in the nation.[52]

They could afford to, as the booming economy of the past two decades has created educational and job opportunities for them.

It has become quite clear that the apolitical, and yet the capable segments of the majority community now have to involve themselves in the political process, in order to ensure a future for themselves and their progenies. . .Clearly, modern and “emergent” India has to do away with Article 30 in the present form.

The question remains what should replace it.

A window into answering this question comes from the United States of America, arguable among the most developed secular democracies and home to a multi-ethnic and multi-religious society. Discriminations faced by the black minorities and to a lesser extent by non-Christian and non-white immigrants from abroad (in employment, educational, social and professional settings), compelled the United States to enact the cornerstone anti-discrimination legislation: The Civil Rights Act of 1964….

This article shouldn’t be viewed as an attack on Christian minorities or a call for undermining their rights, or an effort to stop conversions altogether. The focus of this analysis is about the egregious human rights violations of the 80 percent majority community. By tracing these violations to Article 30 of the Indian constitution, this piece offers ways of addressing this issue objectively and fairly without infringing on anyone’s rights. As a modern and free nation, India ought to uphold the right of its people to practice and importantly, change a faith as defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, . . .

One could justifiably argue that India doesn’t deserve to be called a modern democracy unless it takes steps to stop the constitution-based egregious discriminatory practices and unfair denial of empowerment of one eighth of entire humanity. . .

If biodiversity is viewed crucial for the well-being of humanity, so should cultural-religious diversity. For instance, India’s western neighbour Pakistan’s relentless drive to eradicate cultural-religious diversity within may have left it highly vulnerable to dead-end ideologies. It is incumbent on humanity to ensure that ancient ways of life are allowed to evolve, and not be extinguished by apartheid practices.

Muslims staying inside India- not a permanent privilege to help Strategically Pakistan’s Jihad 

They must not only be denied this privilege to kill non-Muslims, by helping with their votes to power such collaborators of Jihad, but also asked to leave the country that is under siege by this Islamic Jihad.

If Hindus and Sikhs could be displaced en masse from Indian territories to carve out an Islamic Homeland, then the same can be done again to secure the Hindu Homeland.

They should be asked to leave to their own Creation that is the Jihad Homeland of two Pakistans.

As a Hindu I feel this must be stated to secure my progeny and their lives from this incessant Jihad from outside from their Jihadi Homeland, and the numerous outfits for Jihad and its Jihadis who continue take our lives and destroy our hard earned properties at will.
If Muslims could secure an Islamic Homeland, then it is hypocrisy to criticise or condemn the very same right for non-Muslims.

Especially, when this murderous Jihad is launched against us from this Jihad-land there and by a section allowed to remain amidst us making its recognition and defeat all the more difficult.

Hindus and all non-Muslims in their turn, have no choice in this matter, but to recognise this grave and perilous Existential Threat and do a Rethink on their Survival Strategy and long pending Resolution of root causes.

The Cause of this is not difficult to Recognise- it is openly declared in the e-mails of the Indian Jihad outfit- which is Islamic Jihad against Hindus.

Pakistan’s Koranic Concept of War on Infidels. The choice is therefore clear for both.

Are you with India and targeted Hindus or are you with this Jihad from within and outside?

Those who cannot stand with Hindus must be asked to leave to take their place with the Jihad outside and the Society and Armed Forces readied to face this National Challenge.

Kolkata, July 10 (IANS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L.K. Advani Sunday said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, during his visit to Bangladesh, should bring up the issue of infiltration and illegal migration from the neighbouring country.

‘I have heard that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is going for a visit to Bangladesh. The chief minister of West Bengal will also go with him. It’s good. But during his visit, he should bring up the issue of continuous illegal migration and infiltration from the Bangladesh and ensure the safety and respect of the Hindu community in Bangladesh,’ said Advani.

Manmohan Singh is scheduled to visit Dhaka Sept 6-7.

Taking a dig at the Gandhi family, the 83-year-old leader said: ‘Nobody did anything for this country other than the members of the Gandhi family. Only this family did all developmental works for this country. If you look at the name of the universities of the country, they are named after three people only – Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.’

‘You will not find many institutions named after the great sons of this country. Democracy has been converted to dynasty rule,’ said Advani, who was in the city to observe the 110th birth anniversary of Bharatiya Jan Sangh founder Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.

‘Every year, we celebrate the birthday of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in order to inform the people about the sacrifices made by him for the integration of India,’ he added.
